When do we process your data?

What data do we process?
Depending on your contact with us, we may process the following personal data, among other things:

  • Email address and telephone number

  • Insurance details

  • Details of your pharmacy or healthcare providers

  • Medical information

  • National Insurance number

  • Details about appointments, invoicing and payments

Sharing, securing and storing

Your data will only be shared with third parties if this is necessary for our services, such as:

  • Software suppliers and hosting parties

  • Payment service providers

  • Your health insurer (for claims)

  • Dental technicians or other specialists, only with your consent

We work with Payt for administration and invoicing. They handle your data with the same care as we do. We never share medical information with Payt or other parties without your explicit consent.

We take security measures to prevent your data from being misused, lost, or viewed or changed without your consent. If you have any questions or concerns about security, please let us know.

Your data will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless we are legally obliged to store it for longer. We store your medical data for at least 15 years, in accordance with the statutory retention period set out in the Medical Treatment Agreement Act (WGBO).

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the website to function properly.

  • Session cookies. Functional cookies that support your session. These are automatically deleted after your visit.

  • Third-party cookies. When using widgets or links (such as Google Maps), third-party cookies may be placed.

Please note: we do not currently use any third-party, analytical or permanent cookies.
